I am a compassionate, patient and reliable individual with valuable hand on experience gained through caring for my younger sister who has a disability and requires ongoing support with daily living. In this role I have been responsible for providing personal care,offering emotional reassurance and supporting her physical,social and emotional needs in a respectful and dignified manner. This experience has given me a strong understanding of person centred care and the importance of tailoring support to need individual needs.
